Performance Media Strategist (iGaming)
Own and scale high-volume paid media systems for performance-driven campaigns across iGaming and regulated/grey markets.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize paid traffic funnels across Meta, Google, native, and programmatic channels
- Manage budget allocation, testing frameworks, and scaling logic
- Work closely with data and automation systems
- Drive ROI through disciplined experimentation and iteration
Profile
- Senior-level experience in performance media (casino / iGaming required)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously with full ownership
DeFi Protocol Operator
Actively manage capital deployment across emerging DeFi protocols with a strong focus on timing, risk management, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate new DeFi protocols and opportunities
- Deploy capital into smart contracts and yield strategies
- Monitor on-chain performance, risk signals, and protocol health
- Execute timely exits, rebalancing, and capital protection
- Collaborate with engineering on internal tooling and automation
Profile
- Deep understanding of DeFi mechanics and smart contracts
- Strong on-chain literacy (EVM chains, explorers, dashboards)
- Disciplined risk mindset (not a degen trader)
- Comfortable being responsible for capital execution
